Congratulations! You are engaged! I’m sure you're feeling very excited. You have a lot to plan for, and maybe not that much time to do it. From the florist, to the photographer, to the dress and to finding a venue. So much to do, and hopefully not a lot of stress. Ideally, wedding planning should be a fun and exciting process. That oftentimes is not the case, but there are things you can do that will help make things easier in the long run. The most important thing I can recommend? Picking a venue that has your best interest at heart, and that will do anything in their power to make your day as special as possible. My vote for Eastern Idaho? LaBelle Lake, for sure! I had a wonderful experience working at LaBelle lake, and I would love to share some of my favorite parts of working there.
LaBelle Lake is located near Rigby, ID. The property is amazing, with the different ponds and animals, it provides a gorgeous backdrop for any wedding. The log cabin aesthetic fits in nicely with the surrounding trees and meticulously manicured grounds. If you’ve ever attended a wedding, you know that things can kind of get… boring. LaBelle Lake has a tomahawk throwing range, boats and giant sturgeon in the pond to enjoy. Your guests will have a blast. (And you will too!)
The staff at LaBelle Lake are friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help you plan your wedding day. The have literally everything you could possibly need to make it the best day ever. From giant tents, to decorations and even an indoor reception area. The staff are professional, and they care about your special event.
This is my favorite part about LaBelle Lake, the atmosphere. As a Southern Idaho wedding photographer, I’m always on the lookout for a good place to take a portrait. One of my favorite parts of the wedding day is the bridal portraits. The intimate moments that become memories you will enjoy 20 years from now. LaBelle Lake has a huge selection of amazing spots that I love to use for portraits.Overall, the atmosphere is romantic and beautiful. (caption: Natural wood all over the place, I love the warm tones.)
The location, staff and atmosphere are just a few of my favorite things about LaBelle Lake. There are a ton of reasons why you should have your wedding there, especially if reducing the stress in your wedding planning is a priority for you and your mental health. Get a hold of them, and let them show you why LaBelle Lake is one of the best places to get married in Eastern Idaho. Then go throw a tomahawk and feed the goats.
