How do I book a wedding?

Give us a call or email and we will send you the electronic contract and invoice.

 Deposits of $2,500 are required to reserve a date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied towards a future booking. Please note that lodging is in addition to the wedding fee.​

Please come for a visit to see if LaBelle Lake is a good fit for you! In addition to the 7,000 sq ft lodge, take a look of our reception site, ceremony areas, gazebos, and gorgeous Snake River to get an idea of all that we can provide. There are SO many more details to discuss- if you're interested, send an email our way!

How much does a wedding cost at LaBelle Lake?

Summer weddings (May - October)

Friday, Saturday & Sunday rates start at $8,195 + sales tax. Monday-Thursday rates start at $6,795 + sales tax.

 

Winter weddings (Nov-April) 

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday rates start at $4,995 + sales tax. Monday - Thursday rates start at $3,995 + sales tax.

What does your wedding package include?

  • All day access to the entire grounds from 10:00am - 11:00pm Outdoor access 10:00am. Indoor access after 10:30am

  • Access to 7,000 sq-ft lodge with bridal suite, groom’s area, kitchen, 2 fridges & freezers, great room & more, 7 acres of private land with hand crafted log bridges, nature paths, wildlife, multiple ponds & lake along the Snake River

  • White tent 20ft x 40ft with bistro lighting

  • Second 20x20 tent with lighting

  • Your choice of handcrafted wedding arch & up to 4 whiskey barrels

  • Set up & take down of items provided by LaBelle Lake

  • 18 tables 60" round (each tables seats 8 people)

  • 150 chairs

  • 6 rectangular banquet tables three 6’ & three 8'

  • Two 33" round tall tables

  • Stereo system with cordless microphone

  • Tomahawk throwing area - We provide an instructor to stay in the area and teach groomsmen, friends, family or whoever how to throw a tomahawk at a log target. This is super exciting and memorable! Definitely not the traditional activity but so fun! Tomahawks provided.

  • 3rd white tent 20ftX20ft with bistro lighting

  • LaBelle Lake’s Dance Floor 16x16 (includes set up and take down)

  • Wedding and Reception Videography including drone footage.  Highlight compilation with music 5-7 minutes.

How do I arrange for a tour of LaBelle Lake?

You can schedule a tour here! If no available times work for you please send us an email and let's find an appointment time that will work! We will find a time when all of the facilities are available for you to see.  Please do not “drop by” without notice, as the lodge may be booked with other guests or staff may not be on site.

Do you have a prep kitchen?

Yes, we have a kitchen inside the lodge that has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, double ovens, cook top, and a deep freezer.

Is LaBelle Lake open year round?

Yes! LaBelle Lake is open year round! Weddings take place outdoors from May - October. Indoor weddings take place indoors from November - April.

What kind of events do you have at the Lodge?

Other than our semi annual Open House, we have private, invitation only events. As a wedding venue, LaBelle Lake is popular for weddings because we offer a private lodge experience. Your party will have use of the entire resort for your private use! LaBelle Lake is also perfect for family reunions and relaxing retreats.

How long does it take to get from Salt Lake City, UT to LaBelle Lake? From Boise, ID? From Idaho Falls?

LaBelle Lake is approximately 3.5 hours from Salt Lake City, UT and 4 hours from Boise. We are about 20 minutes from Idaho Falls.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards with a 3.5% fee, Venmo with a 2% fee or for no fee we accept cash and checks!

Noise Ordinance Policy

At LaBelle Lake during weddings and other stays, there can be no loud music after 10:00 PM (music can be on but turned down between 10pm & 11pm)  and absolutely no music, cheering or yelling after 11:00 PM. If this ordinance is not followed law enforcement may be called and you will be charged a $500 fee

Alcohol Policy & Drug Policy

Alcohol is allowed on site. Beer, wine, and champagne are acceptable for self-service. No hard liquor or mixed drinks are allowed unless a licensed bartender is on-site to serve and regulate alcohol use. The bartender is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by county laws.

 

Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. Marijuana for recreational use is illegal in the state of Idaho. LaBelle Lake has the right to call the proper authorities if any illegal drugs or underage drinking takes place on the property. 

Cancellation Policy

As a small resort, we depend greatly on pre-booked occupancy and need to stay as full as possible to keep our doors open. That being said, we understand that emergencies do occur and we try to do our to best err on the side of fairness and working things out. If you need to cancel or reschedule your stay, we have established a policy that we hope you too will find reasonable.

In the event of a cancellation, the $2,500 deposit is nonrefundable. To cancel an event and receive a refund, the cancelation must be made 4 months prior to the event date. All payments made prior to the 4 month mark before the event are refundable. In the event of a cancellation made less than 4 months prior to the event date are nonrefundable.

Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed outdoors at LaBelle Lake. No animals inside the lodge. “Service animals” are allowed without a fee with proper documentation. Please pick up after your pet :)

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the lodge at all times. A $500 fine will be applied for smoking inside the lodge. Smoking is allowed outside of the lodge away from any open windows or doors with proper removal of butts.
