Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a family reunion?

Give us a call or email and we will send you the electronic contract and invoice. If you are close by we would love to schedule a tour to show you the incredible lodge and property.

Pricing for reunions during June, July and August is $1,500/night for the first two nights and $1,000/night after that with a $350 cleaning fee. We reserve Fridays and Saturdays for weddings with few exceptions. Reunions can be booked Sunday through Friday morning.

During our off-season (September - May) weekends are available for family stays. Pricing is $950 per night + $350 cleaning fee - excluding holidays. Inquire for exact pricing on select dates.

How do I check-in? Do you have a front desk?

For reunions, retreats and other stays we offer self check-in! You will receive an email and/or text with your door code before check-in. Check-in time is any time after 3pm. We will also try to stop by sometime in the afternoon of your arrival to go over any questions you might have and also show you the hidden secret passageways in the lodge.
For weddings and other day events we will be there to greet you in the morning!

Can we come in earlier than the standard 3:00 PM check-in time?

We may be able to adjust our standard times with advance notice and an additional charge. There are times when an earlier check-in is possible. If there is a group checking out on the same day you arrive, this is NOT possible. You must email in advance for early check-in / late check-out. A $50 fee may apply.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside the lodge at all times. (A $400 fine will be applied for smoking inside the lodge.) Smoking is allowed outside of the lodge away from any open windows or doors with proper removal of butts.

Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed outdoors at LaBelle Lake. No animals inside the lodge. “Service animals” are allowed without a fee with proper documentation. Please pick up after your pet :)

Cancellation Policy

As a small resort, we depend greatly on pre-booked occupancy and need to stay as full as possible to keep our doors open. That being said, we understand that emergencies do occur and we try to do our to best err on the side of fairness and working things out. If you need to cancel or reschedule your stay, we have established a policy that we hope you too will find reasonable.
- 100% refund except the initial $1,000 deposit for any changes (cancellations or reschedules) made at least 8 weeks in advance. This deposit can be used for any events or stays you would like to book in the future.
-  If you need to make changes within 8 weeks of your arrival date, we don’t have much time to find someone else to book the lodge for a wedding. We hope you understand that this puts us in a bit of a bind.
- What we offer in this scenario, is a 90% refund if we are able to book the lodge anytime up to your scheduled date of arrival. You are welcome to refer friends + family and we will be sure to welcome them with whatever seasonal promotion we have going on.

Noise Ordinance Policy

At LaBelle Lake during weddings and other stays there can be no loud music after 10:00 PM (music can be on but turned down between 10pm & 11pm)  and absolutely no music, cheering or yelling after 11:00 PM. If this ordinance is not followed law enforcement may be called and you will be charged a $500 fee.
