9 Reasons You Won't Need to Stress on Your Wedding Day at LaBelle Lake
Here at LaBelle Lake, our motto is, “If you can dream it, you can do it.” We want to make your outdoor or indoor wedding a dream come true! The wedding day can be stressful, so we’ve included numerous features that will make your special day a beautiful breeze.
1.) Consultation with venue consultant
We all need a professional opinion sometimes. When you book with LaBelle Lake, you’ll receive a personal consultant whom you will be able to contact with any venue inquiries, before and on the day of your wedding.
*Pro Tip: You can bring anyone you want to your details meeting! Some people to think about including are the maid of honor, best man, parents, grandparents, and even other vendors!
2.) Early access to the grounds and lodge
Beginning at 8 AM you'll have access to the grounds for any day-of setup you need to do! You'll also have access to the lodge at 11 am or earlier depending on when our cleaners can clean! We want to be sure the lodge is extra clean for you on your special day! Within the lodge, there is a bridal suite, groom’s area, kitchen, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, secret passageways, pool table, foosball, and more! The best part is your rental includes access until 11 pm leaving you extra time to party!
*Pro Tip: Pack everything you need to bring to your venue into totes or bins and label what's inside! Makes unpacking easy once you arrive!
3.) Bistro lighting
We aim to bring an extra special ambiance to the grounds of LaBelle! What better ambiance than lighting to set the mood? We included our beautiful bistro lighting for all outdoor weddings!
*Pro Tip: Regardless if you choose to add on a dance floor or not, our bistro lights create a beautiful natural dancing area!
4.) Tables and chairs
We offer 18 tables, each being 60 inches round, and up to 150 chairs. Each table seats 8 and we also provide 6 regular banquet tables and 2 round cocktail tables. With various layout settings, you're sure to find a layout that you love!
*Pro Tip: Opt to use a couple of banquet tables to create a beautiful head table or an intimate sweetheart table!
Renting linens can get pretty pricy pretty fast. We are proud to take that stress away from you and provide tablecloths in your choice of white or ivory!
*Pro Tip: If you have any candles as apart of your centerpiece, make sure your linen color matches the candle color as well! (Example, white candle = white linens)
6.) Stereo system
We provide a stereo system and a cordless microphone. Both will work perfectly for your officiator, ceremony music, and music for your dance party if you choose to not use a DJ.
*Pro Tip: If using a cell phone, be sure to turn it on airplane mode! Nothing like an unexpected phone call to kill the dance party.
7.) Wedding ceremony coordination
Unique to LaBelle Lake, your venue consultant can assist you in your wedding ceremony coordination! Ceremony rehearsals are always encouraged, so if you’re looking to practice before the special day, ask your venue consultant about scheduling a time to do such. If you have already hired a planner, coordinator, or DJ to take care of the ceremony then no problem! We'll just work aside them and help in any way we can!
*Pro Tip: Make a ceremony rehearsal fun by using props such as faux flowers, a veil, sashes, hats, etc!
8.) Access to the grounds for photography
Worried you won't have enough time on your wedding day for photos? No problem! We give you access to come and take any photos you need outside of your booked date! Simply send us an email or give us a call to set up a time! Some of the beautiful backdrops could include our handcrafted log bridges, nature paths, wildlife, multiple ponds along the Snake River, or even the famous Ice Palace at LaBelle Lake perfect for a winter wonderland photoshoot!
*Pro Tip: Examples of some needed photos include, engagements, save the dates, bridals, and formals!
9.) Set up and take down provided by LaBelle Lake
It's no secret that the worst part of your wedding day is it ending. Not only is the party done but now you have to deal with..... *dun dun duuuuun* clean up. Luckily we take care of everything that is ours! You don't have to worry about the tables, chairs, arch, tent, etc!
*Pro Tip: If you opt for disposable tableware (plates, cups, silverware, etc) your cleanup will be 10x easier!
